Job Title: Client Success Manager

About the Role
Tressl is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our growing team. This role will manage the day-to-day support hub and own the on-boarding and training of new clients. This is a vital role in the evolution of Tressl by being the voice of the customer and an advocate for their needs in making Tressl a leader in the software space.
Who you are:
You are technically savvy with a high passion for client and customer service. You are able to learn new tools quickly, understand client questions, and be able to triage potentially complex problems. You are able to translate business language to our developers when additional/technical intervention is required. You may have built or scaled Client Success teams in your past.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day support through Intercom and build a more robust self-service catalogue for our clients.
- Leading each customer throughout their journey with the Tressl platform, from onboarding to full adoption.
- Strong data acumen to interpret platform features, capabilities, and usage data, identifying leading and lagging adoption trends.
- Build Champions and Promoters: Continually build promoters and champions by ensuring Tressl remains critical to the customer’s organization. Adeptly navigating complex customer landscapes, including leadership changes, restructuring, shifting priorities, and platform re-evaluations, while maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers to keep Tressl aligned with long-term goals.
- Competitive Positioning: Effectively showcase Tressl’s unique vision, roadmap, platform benefits and business value to consistently reinforce.
- Tressl as a solution that delivers accelerated business and technical outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in technical role such as Customer Success Manager, Client Support, Technical Account Manager with a focus on adoption and integration in the SaaS or related industry.
- Strong data acumen to interpret platform features, capabilities, and usage data, identifying leading and lagging adoption trends.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to understand and address complex technical challenges and translate technical value into business impact
- Experience with Microsoft suite of products (including Azure)
- Knowledge of Intercom or similar tools
- Bi-lingual (French or Spanish) an asset

Salary Range:
Range for this role is CAD $73,000 – CAD $93,000 per year.
